What is included in the rental of a room?

As a full-service holistic healing center, Wellspace provides:

Please bring whatever you need for your session (nothing combustible other than moxie for acupuncture is allowed). Kindly be sure to also take everything with you upon completion of your session and leave the room ready to go for the next practitioner.

We also have lockers that you can rent for $50 a month so you can keep your basic essentials.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please ensure that your personal cancellation policy reflects Wellspace’s cancellation policy – 12 hours if booked more than 24 hours in advance. And a six-hour cancellation policy if booked on the same day. If your client cancels outside of the cancellation period, you need to let them know that they are at least liable for the cost of the space and whatever else you charge. Of course, we know that clients schedule and then cancel – if you schedule a client and they change their minds within 2 hours of scheduling, there will be no penalty.

How do I book a room?

Online booking adds to the convenience to Wellspace. Once you’ve created an account you can log on any time anywhere to reserve space for a client request. This is important for new practitioners who need to get back to their clients right away with an appointment request. You can also call Mpower Bodywork at 212-539-1690 during regular business hours to book if you’re not near a computer. We’ll be happy to do it for you!

Do I need insurance?

Most likely you have a professional liability policy that covers your practice, all you have to do is name our company “company name” as additional insured on your policy (usually free of charge).

Are there discounts for multiple bookings?

If you use the space on a regular basis you might as well save yourself some money!

  • We have a membership program! For only $60 a month you get a 20% discount on all your sessions! Billing will recur monthly, with a 4-month minimum commitment.
  • Package of 10 sessions will get you a 10% discount. The system automatically discounts sessions.
  • Package of 30 sessions will get you a 20% discount. The system automatically discounts sessions.
